These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit veyoxt.com.au, use our online services or purchase products from VEYO. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Refund Policies.

1. About VEYO

VEYO is an Australian online retailer of smart eyewear and related accessories. You can contact us at support@veyoxt.com.au or through our Contact page.

2. Online store eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete account, delivery and payment information.

3. Products and information

We take reasonable care to present product images, colours, specifications, compatibility and availability accurately. Screen settings, product updates and manufacturing variations may affect how an item appears. Where a product page conflicts with general marketing content, the confirmed specifications on the product page apply.

4. Smart features and compatibility

Connected features may depend on a compatible phone, companion app, firmware, internet connection, account or third-party service. Features, languages and service availability can vary by model and may change through updates. Check the product page and supplied instructions before purchase and use.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and apply only to eligible products. VEYO may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by error or misuse. Statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, repairs, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

9. Safe and lawful use

Follow all supplied safety instructions and applicable road, privacy, surveillance and recording laws. Do not operate controls in a way that distracts you while riding, driving or moving through traffic. Smart eyewear, voice features and AI outputs are assistive tools and must not replace your judgement, situational awareness, professional advice or emergency services.

10. Camera, audio and AI responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before capturing, storing or sharing images, video, audio or personal information. Do not use VEYO products to invade privacy, harass others, infringe rights or conduct unlawful surveillance. AI-generated or translated information may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently checked where accuracy matters.

11. Website use

You must not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy content at scale, interfere with security, impersonate another person, or use the site or products for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, VEYO or the service.

12. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the VEYO name, logo, website design, copy, graphics and other site content are owned by or licensed to VEYO. You may view and use the site for personal shopping. No other licence is granted without written permission.

13. Third-party services and links

The site and products may use services supplied by Shopify, payment providers, app developers, AI providers or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. VEYO is not responsible for third-party content or services beyond what the law requires.

14. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Product companion apps and third-party services may have separate privacy notices.

15. Consumer guarantees and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEYO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services or legal obligations. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under an accepted order.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and VEYO submit to the courts of Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them, subject to any mandatory law that applies in your location.
